This tranquil dining oasis in the midst of downtown includes Noé Bar, a relaxing spot featuring a full menu of signature martinis and an expansive wine list. The outdoor patio showcases the stunning downtown skyline, artistic water features of California Plaza and features intimate fire pits. Noé Restaurant is open for dinner Tuesdays - Saturdays and Noé Bar is open nightly; dress is casual.
